MONITORING

Monitoring this allows us to be sure that the project will comply with the timeline and interim objectives. The Foundation is intensely involved in this step, holding regular discussions with the directors of programmes/projects and carrying out visits on the ground.

The post-project evaluation will indicate to what extent the final objectives were met. This last stage will be invaluable if we continue to provide support, in indicating whether the strategy needs to be revised.

The Foundation attaches great importance to the quality of discussions during the various stages of collaboration.

They will be key in determining weather or not we extend our support.
